Why

A departed employee's mailbox holds the answers — who they dealt with, what was open, how they handled the recurring questions. Successors get the mailbox and no map. Successor Console builds the map, then distills the knowledge into something your organization can actually use.

What it does

• Navigate — scan a mailbox you've been granted access to: top correspondents, still-open items at departure, a topic map, and a searchable attachment index.
• Distill — one click writes a knowledge pack to OneDrive or SharePoint: real questions with the person's real answers (verbatim, with links to the source emails), the open-items handoff list, the people map, and an auto-generated exit interview for the topics the written record is thin on.
• Review — the pack is plain .docx files a human reads, prunes, and signs off before anything else touches it.
• Hand to Copilot — put the reviewed folder in SharePoint and create an agent over it in 30 seconds. The agent answers with citations to real precedent — it reads the archive; it never impersonates the person.

Privacy

No servers, no accounts, no analytics — and no AI anywhere in the extraction: every word in the pack is a verbatim copy with a source link. Access is delegated: the add-in can only read a mailbox your IT already granted you, and the pack lands in storage you control. AI enters only when you point your organization's own Copilot at the finished, human-reviewed pack.
