Add-in: Successor Console · Last updated: July 2026
By installing or using the Successor Console add-in (the "Add-in"), you agree to these Terms of Use.
You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the Add-in for its intended purpose within Microsoft Outlook. You may not sell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Add-in as your own.
Use the Add-in only on mailboxes you are authorized to access, in compliance with your organization's policies and applicable law — including records-retention and public-records obligations that may apply to a departed employee's mailbox. The knowledge pack is a collection aid: its contents are verbatim excerpts selected by automated best-effort heuristics, and packs are produced unreviewed. You are responsible for reviewing a pack — and removing anything that should not become institutional knowledge — before sharing it or using it as AI-agent knowledge. If you configure an agent over a pack, keep the included ground rules: the agent describes what the archive shows and cites sources; do not configure it to impersonate or speak as any person.
The Add-in is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including completeness or accuracy of the derived views, topic grouping, precedent pairing, or the optional agent configuration file. The Add-in depends on Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Graph, and the Office platform, whose behavior and availability are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurposeBuilt Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Add-in, including decisions made from pack contents or agent answers derived from them.
These terms may be updated; the current version will always be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
