Travel Desk assembles travel-request artifacts (an email draft and a spreadsheet row) from information you type. It is an assembly aid, not an approval system: it does not submit, approve, or transmit anything on its own — you review and send every draft, and your organization's travel process remains the authority on approvals, budgets, and reimbursement.
Estimated totals, fiscal years, and reimbursement percentages are computed from your inputs. Verify all figures before submitting a request; you remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you send.
Travel Desk is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurposeBuilt Systems LLC is not liable for any damages arising from its use, including denied or delayed travel requests, incorrect figures, or data entered into shared workbooks.
We may update the add-in or these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
