The short version

We collect no data. None. Travel Desk has no servers, no accounts, no analytics, and no trackers. Your travel details never leave your Microsoft 365 environment and are never seen, stored, or shared by us.

How it works

Travel Desk runs entirely in your Outlook session. Using Microsoft Graph — Microsoft 365's own service — with your signed-in identity, it:

• creates a Travel Authorization email draft in your own mailbox (delegated permission Mail.ReadWrite; nothing is ever sent automatically), and
• appends rows to the travel planner workbook your organization shares with you on SharePoint or OneDrive (delegated permission Files.ReadWrite.All — it can only reach files you can already reach; it grants no new access).

All computation (totals, fiscal years, form generation) is deterministic logic in your Outlook client. No artificial intelligence, no external services, no third-party data processors.

What we store

Your setup choices (workbook link, table name, coordinator email, your name and cost center) are stored in your own Outlook add-in settings so you don't retype them. They live in your mailbox, not with us.
