Add-in: Roster Auditor · Last updated: July 2026
By installing or using the Roster Auditor add-in (the "Add-in"), you agree to these Terms of Use.
You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the Add-in for its intended purpose within Microsoft Outlook. You may not sell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Add-in as your own.
The Add-in is a roster-hygiene aid, not an employee-monitoring tool. Its participation signals are automated best-effort cross-references of data you already possess: a member shown as "engagement unknown" may simply read without replying, attend meetings you did not organize, or participate in ways the Add-in cannot see. Removal decisions are yours: review the evidence, prefer the re-engagement email first, and comply with your organization's policies and applicable law (including any open-meetings or records obligations that apply to your group). You are responsible for emails you send and members you remove.
The Add-in is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including completeness or accuracy of participation detection, bounce parsing, or attendance retrieval. The Add-in depends on Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Graph, and the Office platform, whose behavior and availability are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurposeBuilt Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Add-in, including membership removals made using its output.
These terms may be updated; the current version will always be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
