By installing or using the Public Records Packager add-in (the "Add-in"), you agree to these Terms of Use.
You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the Add-in for its intended purpose within Microsoft Outlook. You may not sell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Add-in as your own.
The Add-in is a collection and packaging aid, not legal or compliance advice. Mailbox search is keyword-based and may not locate every responsive record; completeness of the search, review for responsiveness, redaction, exemption determinations, and statutory citations remain the responsibility of the custodian and records officer under applicable law. The Add-in performs no redaction: bundles contain unredacted records and must be reviewed before release.
The Add-in is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including completeness of search results or fitness for a particular purpose. The Add-in depends on Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Graph, and the Office platform, whose behavior and availability are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider of the Add-in is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Add-in, including any claim arising from a records request response.
These terms may be updated; the current version is always posted at this URL. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
