Legislative Report Router assembles travel-request artifacts (an email draft and a spreadsheet row) from information you type. It is an assembly aid, not an approval system: it does not submit, approve, or transmit anything on its own — you review and send every draft, and your organization's travel process remains the authority on approvals, budgets, and reimbursement.
Extracted bill numbers, divisions, and briefs are computed from the source text. Verify them on the Review screen before publishing; you remain responsible for what is posted and sent.
Legislative Report Router is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurposeBuilt Systems LLC is not liable for any damages arising from its use, including mis-routed bills, missed comment deadlines, or content posted to Teams channels.
We may update the add-in or these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
