The short version

We collect no data. None. Legislative Report Router has no servers, no accounts, no analytics, and no trackers. Report contents never leave your Microsoft 365 environment and are never seen, stored, or shared by us.

How it works

Legislative Report Router runs entirely in your Outlook session. Using Microsoft Graph — Microsoft 365's own service — with your signed-in identity, it:

• reads the bill-report message you have open, posts to Microsoft Teams channels, and sends division emails - only when you explicitly click Publish and confirm, and
• appends rows to the travel planner workbook your organization shares with you on SharePoint or OneDrive (delegated permission Files.ReadWrite.All — it can only reach files you can already reach; it grants no new access).

All parsing and routing is deterministic logic in your Outlook client. No artificial intelligence, no external services, no third-party data processors.

What we store

Your setup choices (SharePoint site, list names, cloud environment) and saved draft distributions are stored in your own Outlook add-in settings. Audit records are stored in YOUR organization's SharePoint list. Nothing lives with us.
